Terms of Acquisition

General

All acquisitions of ArtyEgg objects are subject to these terms. By completing an acquisition, the collector agrees to these terms.

Prices

Prices shown include all applicable taxes. For deliveries to EU, UK, US, Japan and Singapore (DDP), all import duties and taxes are handled by ArtyEgg — no additional charges at delivery. For all other destinations (DDP via a Rest of World pricing tier), the same applies. Prices are geo-adjusted automatically based on the collector's location.

Payment

Payment via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, and other supported methods. No deferred payment.

Signature: payment captured immediately on confirmation. Limited and Atelier: credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) are authorised and held during the review period; captured on approval, released on rejection. iDEAL and Bancontact are captured immediately; if the acquisition is rejected after review, a full automatic refund is issued without delay. Collector is notified personally by Patrique in either case.

Review

Limited and Atelier acquisitions are subject to personal review by Patrique. Review is completed within 5 business days. ArtyEgg reserves the right to decline any acquisition at its discretion. In the event of a declined acquisition, no payment is taken and the collector is informed personally.

Production & Delivery

Production begins after payment confirmation. Dispatch within approximately 3 weeks. Complimentary worldwide shipping via UPS.

Satisfaction & Returns

ArtyEgg objects are made to be lived with. If an object is not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — in its original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying elements.

For the Signature collection, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

For Limited and Atelier collections, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 6:230p sub f BW — bespoke objects registered by name). ArtyEgg nevertheless accepts returns within 30 days under the same conditions, as a gesture of confidence.

Return shipping is organised by ArtyEgg via UPS with full insurance. Costs for return shipping are borne by the collector. Refunds are issued in full within 14 days of return confirmation, via the original payment method. The NFC registration is released and the ownership record is returned to its pre-acquisition state.

Objects that arrive damaged or materially different from their description are replaced or refunded without question. Contact ArtyEgg as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfer is permitted. A transfer fee of € 45 applies. This is a fully manual process: Patrique sends a manual Stripe payment request. After payment confirmation, Patrique updates ownership records. Contact ArtyEgg via the contact page to initiate.
