Complimentary worldwide delivery on all ArtyEgg objects. All deliveries via UPS.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are handled by ArtyEgg for EU, UK, US and selected destinations (Delivered Duty Paid). For all other destinations, local import charges may apply upon delivery — the exact position is always shown before payment.

Production & Dispatch

Production begins after payment confirmation. Dispatch within approximately 3 weeks. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with UPS tracking when your object is on its way.

Damage & Loss in Transit

ArtyEgg insures all shipments to full value. If your object arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We manage the claim with UPS directly.

Client Care

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of ArtyEgg objects, acquisition reversals are not accepted unless the object arrives damaged or materially different from its description. In such cases, contact ArtyEgg within 48 hours of receipt.
